I’m Amber O. — founder of Dea Lux Studios.

I’m a writer, podcast host, boudoir photographer, brand designer, certified Master Trainer, endurance and resistance specialist, and nutrition professional.

I’m also a wife. A mother. A woman who has rebuilt herself more than once.

And I refuse to shrink into one category.

The Body

Before I was building brands, I was building strength.

I hold a Master Trainer certification with specialties in endurance training, resistance training, and nutrition. I’ve coached women through reinvention seasons — postpartum, perimenopause, grief, divorce, identity shifts, and the quiet moments where confidence feels fragile.

I believe strength is not aesthetic.

It’s emotional.
It’s physical.
It’s mental.
It’s earned.

And it changes how you walk into a room.

Sex’n’Fries was born from midlife honesty.
