Amber Dea Lux may provide portrait photography experiences, including Signature Portrait, Boudoir + Sensual, Fantasy + Vintage, and other creative photography services.

Photography bookings may require:

* A consultation
* A signed photography agreement
* A retainer
* Payment of the remaining balance by a specified date
* Model releases where applicable
* Additional agreements for specialty services

### Retainers

Unless otherwise stated in your photography agreement, a retainer is required to reserve your session date.

Retainers may be non-refundable because the date and associated preparation time are reserved specifically for you.

Specific cancellation and rescheduling rules will be provided in your photography agreement.

### Creative Style

By booking a photography experience, you acknowledge that photography is a creative service.

You are hiring Amber Dea Lux based upon the style represented in our portfolio and understand that individual photographs, poses, lighting, sets, compositions, and editing will vary.

### Image Selection & Editing

The photographer retains creative discretion regarding which photographs are presented as finished images.

Unedited, unfinished, duplicate, test, or rejected images are not ordinarily delivered.

Professional retouching is performed according to the artistic style of the studio and the terms of the selected collection.

### Client Privacy

Private or intimate photographs will not be used publicly for advertising, social media, website galleries, portfolios, or promotional materials without appropriate client authorization.

A separate model release may be offered.

Declining promotional use will not prevent a client from purchasing a photography experience.

### Image Rights

Clients receiving digital photographs may receive personal-use and personal-print rights as described in their photography agreement.

Commercial use, resale, publication, alteration, or licensing may require separate written authorization.

## 12. APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Appointments and services reserve time specifically for you.

Specific cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies may apply and will be disclosed during booking or in a separate service agreement.

We reserve the right to charge applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees where disclosed in advance.
